กำลังจะสมัครเรียนกอล์ฟ แต่มีปัญหาสุขภาพรบกวนแนะนำด้วยค่ะ
สวัสดีค่ะ ชื่อหญิงนะคะ อายุ 24 เมื่อก่อนตอน 16-18 ปวดหลังเพราะหมอนรองกระดูกทับเส้นประสาท แต่กายภาพบำบัดจนตอนนี้หายดี มา 4-5 ปี ไม่มีอาการแล้ว นอกจากปวดตึงหัวไหล่กับต้นคอ หญิงเป็นคนไม่เล่นกีฬาแต่ชอบดูมากกีฬาทุกประเภท ตอนนี้อยากออกกำลังกายประกอบกับ MD ที่บริษัทอยากให้เรียนกอล์ฟไว้คุยกับลูกค้า เลยลองไปเดินออกรอบกับก๊วนแฟนมา5-6 ครั้ง สนุกมากค่ะกอล์ฟเป็นกีฬาที่ฝึกสมาธิได้ดีมาก รู้สึกเหมือนจะเจอกีฬาเนื้อคู่ แต่ก็กลัวเรื่องปวดหลัง ยังไงรบกวนโปรแจ็คช่วยแนะนำหญิงหน่อยนะคะ ขอบคุณค่ะ

ปัญหาเกี่ยวกับหลังเป็นปัญหาที่พบมากพอสมควร กับ...นักกอล์ฟที่มีเบสิคการหมุน+การถ่ายน้ำหนักไม่ถูกต้อง ดังนั้นถ้าคุณหญิงจะเริ่มหัดกอล์ฟ ควรคำนึงถึงเรื่องนี้ให้มาก ลักษณะวงสวิงกอล์ฟที่ดีต้องมีการถ่ายน้ำหนักที่ดี รักษาสมดุลย์ของร่างกายได้ตลอดจนจบวงสวิง เมื่อจบสวิงแล้วต้องรู้สึกผ่อนคลาย ไม่แข็งเกร็ง แนะนำให้หาโปรที่มีความรู้ในเรื่องนี้จริงๆ ถ้าอยู่ที่เชียงใหม่ หรือใกล้เคียงก็เข้ามาหาโปรแจ๊คได้เลย หรือจะโปรมาขอคำแนะนำได้ครับ 081-883-8924

ถ้าเบสิคพื้นฐานถูกต้องก็ไม่น่ากังวลครับ สามารถเล่นกอล์ฟอย่างมีความสุขได้...
